Pay a one time UGX 25,000 connection fee via Pesapal. This unlocks the landlord's contact details and prompts them to propose available viewing dates.
Choose a Date and Visit the Owner
The landlord proposes three to five available dates. You select one, then visit the property directly. Coordinate the exact time via phone or WhatsApp.
Move In With Confidence
Agree on terms and sign the tenancy agreement directly with the landlord. Rent is paid straight to the owner, with no broker and no commission.
The UGX 25,000 connection fee is processed securely via Pesapal and never paid directly to a landlord. All listings are physically inspected by our team before going live. Landlord IDs are verified. The connection fee ensures that every tenant who visits a property is genuinely interested.
